C&E surveyors work with CG architects to help advise on building control upgrades for educational facilities in the South West. CG utilise the skills of our inspectors at an early stage to help produce designs and specifications that help modernise schools and ensure they are meeting their functional and safety requirements.
Kerr Office Group
Kerr office group is a market leader in the South West for office D&B fit outs, C&E work on a retained basis with Kerr to provide pre application advice for their development sites and CPD training fo their in house designers. A relationship formed over a number of years Kerrs in house design team work closely with our suveyors to help understand and shape their designs.
Harwood Building Control
C&E have provided inspectors for Harwood Building Control operations in the South West for over 7 years on an ongoing basis. Our team of surveyors have worked on hundreds of residential and commercial properties providing inspection and plan checking services. We have also supported their operation with PCC and warranty inspection services.
